I have an atypical/different way to involve and motivate project members and is a skilled leader, coach, networker and communicator, who know how to present content and communicate changes (change mind-sets or explain complex ideas in a simple manner) and how to gain support from stakeholders, senior management, functional experts and employees affected.
I am a self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work with multiple tasks and tight deadlines to support the P&L accountability.
